We welcome you to The Eclectic Abode a home for an eclectic mix of old and new classic items.
We specialise in Scandinavian design thanks to our roots and have many items from all over the world from our various travels.
Spread over four rooms you can browse and find anything from antique brass bells to sought after Falcon Chairs, while our warm lounge feature room upstairs shows off the eclectic range of furniture to its very best.
We are very proud of our Swedish ceramics from the 1950s and 1960s including hand painted fajance dishes by Stig Lindberg and the sought after Rörstrand “Picknick” range by Marianne Westman. A wide range of Royal Copenhagen and Arabia Finland ceramics are also available.
We have a wide mix of furniture such as Scandinavian and French sideboards and chests and a selection of chairs including Eames, French club, Norwegian Falcon chairs and a rare antique six legged Swedish rocking chair.
Our eclectic art ranges from 19th Century oil paintings, Contemporary art, French Impressionist, various watercolours, vintage prints and a selection of works from local artists.
